In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "zara4" or "Platform" means the online betting and gaming platform operated under the domain https://zara4.cam.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the operators of zara4.
• "You", "User", "Player", "Member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the zara4 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a User on zara4 following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Real Money" means Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp) deposited by a Player using a supported payment method.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's Account by zara4 under any promotional scheme.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-fund stake placed on a game, sports market, or other betting product offered on zara4.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or its winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required for all accounts on zara4.
• "Services" means all betting, gaming, promotional, and customer support services offered through the zara4 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory where the use of zara4's services is restricted, blocked, or otherwise illegal under local law.

To be eligible to open and maintain an Account on zara4, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing zara4 from the territory of Indonesia or from a jurisdiction in which online betting is not prohibited under applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person, business, or entity.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of zara4, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You do not already hold another active Account on zara4. One Account per person is strictly enforced.
• You have not previously been excluded, banned, or suspended from zara4 or requested self-exclusion from the platform.
• You are not using zara4 for any purpose that violates applicable law in your jurisdiction, including money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.

By registering, you confirm that all of the above conditions are met. zara4 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account found to be in breach of eligibility requirements at any time, with or without prior notice.

To access the full range of zara4's Services, you are required to open an Account by completing the online registration process. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current at all times.
• Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your Account credentials.
• Notify zara4 immediately at support@zara4.cam if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

zara4 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason. Each individual may hold one (1) Account only. In the event that multiple Accounts are detected linked to the same individual — whether by name, email address, payment method, device fingerprint, or IP address — zara4 may merge or suspend such accounts and may confiscate duplicate bonus funds.

You are responsible for ensuring the security of your login credentials. zara4 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

zara4 is committed to maintaining a safe and compliant platform. We are required to verify the identity and age of all players. You may be asked to provide the following documents at any stage of your relationship with zara4:

• A government-issued photo ID (KTP, SIM, or Passport).
• Proof of residential address (a recent bank statement, utility bill, or official correspondence dated within three months).
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (for example, a bank account statement or e-wallet screenshot).
• A selfie photograph holding your ID document, if reasonably required by our compliance team.

Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by zara4 may result in the suspension of withdrawal rights, restriction of account activity, or closure of the account. Withdrawals will not be processed from unverified accounts exceeding verification thresholds. zara4 reserves the right to impose these measures to comply with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations.

All financial transactions on zara4 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp). The following payment methods are accepted:

Deposits: Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. zara4 does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes for verified accounts, though processing times may be longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.

Withdrawal Conditions: Before a withdrawal can be processed, your Account must be fully KYC-verified, your Account must not be subject to any suspension or investigation, and any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must have been fully satisfied.

zara4 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in a promotion-specific terms sheet:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players subject to self-exclusion, account suspension, or any form of account restriction are not eligible to receive bonus offers.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement of at least 30x the bonus amount unless a different multiplier is specified in the individual promotion terms. For example, a Rp 100.000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires Rp 3.000.000 in total wagers before withdrawal.
• Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the validity period.
• When a Player holds both Real Money and Bonus Funds, Real Money will be used for wagers first unless the player selects otherwise through the account settings.
• zara4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with reasonable notice posted on the platform.
• Any evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or systematic strategies designed to exploit promotional terms, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Certain game types — including but not limited to live dealer baccarat, certain jackpot slots, and crash games — may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10–50%) toward wagering requirements. Specific game contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

zara4 offers a broad range of betting and gaming products including sports betting (football, basketball, badminton, e-sports, and others), live casino table games, togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) markets, slot gacor (high-frequency payout slot) titles, crash games, and sabung ayam (online cockfighting) streams. The following general rules apply across all product categories:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player except where a cash-out feature is explicitly available and the cash-out option is exercised within the permitted window.
• zara4 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is cancelled, abandoned, or decided in circumstances that materially differ from those prevailing at the time the bet was placed.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — where odds or game payouts are clearly inaccurate due to a technical or human error — zara4 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant Player's Account.
• Maximum bet limits, minimum bet limits, and maximum payout caps apply to all products and may vary by game, market, and account tier. Current limits are displayed at point of bet placement.
• Live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. zara4 accepts no responsibility for connectivity failures or delays that prevent a player from placing or cashing out a live bet.
• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games — including slots, virtual table games, and crash games — use certified and independently audited RNG software. Game results are generated randomly and cannot be influenced by any party, including zara4.
• Live casino games are streamed from third-party certified studios. The house rules of each live game apply as stated within the game interface.

zara4 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices and protecting vulnerable players. We enforce the following measures across our platform:

• Age Restriction: No person under the age of 21 may register or place bets on zara4. We apply strict KYC procedures to enforce this requirement.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account dashboard. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of 24 hours.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold over a defined period. Accounts are automatically restricted from further wagering once the loss limit is reached until the period resets.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations. Automatic log-out occurs when the session limit expires.
• Reality-Check Reminders: Players may enable periodic on-screen notifications showing session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion: Players experiencing difficulty controlling their gambling may request self-exclusion for a period of 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on zara4 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account on zara4.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or Account credentials.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or operators to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software that circumvents the normal interface of the platform.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to evade reporting thresholds, or using zara4 for any transaction designed to conceal the origin of funds.
• Using zara4 for commercial purposes including managing third-party funds, operating a syndicate, or acting as an unlicensed agent.
• Circumventing self-exclusion restrictions by opening a new Account under a different identity.
• Any conduct that constitutes a criminal offence under applicable Indonesian or international law.

All intellectual property rights in the zara4 platform, including but not limited to its website, software, design, graphics, text, images, logos, trade names, and game content, are owned by or licensed to the operators of zara4. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the zara4 platform without express prior written permission from zara4.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• zara4 provides its Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• zara4 does not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure from unauthorized access, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• zara4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill — regardless of the cause of action or whether zara4 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
• zara4's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

The collection, use, storage, and sharing of your personal data by zara4 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering on zara4, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

In summary, we collect and process your data to provide the Services, to comply with legal and regulatory obligations (including KYC and AML requirements), to prevent fraud and abuse, to provide customer support, and to communicate promotional offers where you have opted in to receive such communications.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and gaming regulatory authorities where required by law. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy.

zara4 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where appropriate, by email to the address on file. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Continued use of the zara4 platform following notification of an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a material change, you must cease using the Services and contact our support team to request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions and your relationship with zara4 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law, as applicable to the jurisdiction under which zara4 holds its operational licensing.

In the event of any dispute between you and zara4 arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Services:

1. First Step — Customer Support: You must first contact our customer support team at support@zara4.cam and allow a reasonable period (no less than 14 calendar days) for the matter to be resolved informally.
2. Second Step — Formal Complaint: If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you may submit a formal written complaint to zara4 via email. zara4 will provide a written response within 30 calendar days.
3. Third Step — Arbitration: If the formal complaint process does not result in a satisfactory resolution, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent imminent irreparable harm.
